AllVintage Auto Parts ("AllVintage", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use allvintageautoparts.com or contact us for a parts quote, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
AllVintage Auto Parts supplies used, recycled OEM and new aftermarket vehicle parts to customers across the United States. We operate as a sourcing service: when you request a part, we search a network of certified salvage yards, dismantlers and parts distributors on your behalf.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the quote form or call us, we collect:
- Your name and phone number (required so we can send you a quote)
- Your email address, if you choose to provide it — this is optional
- Vehicle details: year, make, model, and the part you need
- Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and any notes, if you provide them
A VIN identifies a vehicle, not a person. We use it only to confirm that a part fits your vehicle.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address and browser user-agent, recorded with your enquiry to help prevent spam and abuse
- The page address you arrived on, including any advertising parameters it carried
- Google advertising click identifiers (
gclid,wbraid,gbraid) and campaign tags (utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign), so we can tell which advert produced your enquiry

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not build advertising profiles about you beyond measuring which advert produced an enquiry.
4. Calls and text messages
When you submit our quote form you agree that we may contact you by phone call, SMS text message or email about your parts request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for assistance, or call +1 818-945-1015. To stop calls or emails, tell any member of our team, or email sales@allvintageautoparts.com and we will remove you.
We contact you about the specific request you made and about orders you place. We do not sell or rent your phone number to anyone else for their own marketing.
5. How we share information
We share only what is necessary, and only with:
- Parts suppliers. To source your part we pass the vehicle details, VIN and part requested to salvage yards, dismantlers and distributors in our network. We share your name and contact details with a supplier only when that is needed to fulfil or deliver an order.
- Shipping and freight carriers. Name, delivery address and phone number so your part can be delivered.
- Service providers. Our web host, form-delivery provider and payment processor, each acting on our instructions.
- Advertising and analytics providers. Google, in the manner described in section 7.
- Legal and safety. Where we are required by law, court order or a lawful request, or to protect our rights, property or the safety of others.
- Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer with it. We will post a notice on this page if that happens.
6. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We have never done so.
7. Cookies and advertising
Our website does not set its own tracking cookies and stores nothing in your browser to follow you between sites.
We advertise on Google. If you arrive from one of our adverts, Google may set cookies to measure that advert's performance, and the click identifier described in section 2 is recorded with your enquiry. This tells us that an enquiry came from a particular advert. It does not tell us anything about your browsing elsewhere.
You can control Google's advertising cookies at myadcenter.google.com and opt out of personalised advertising across many networks at optout.aboutads.info. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
8. How long we keep information
- Enquiries that do not become orders: up to 24 months, so we can help if you come back.
- Order and warranty records: at least the length of the warranty, and as long as tax and accounting law requires — generally seven years.
- Spam-prevention records (IP addresses): deleted routinely, normally within 30 days.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see section 10.
9. How we protect information
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Enquiries are stored on our own server, outside the publicly reachable part of the website, and access is protected by a password. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their job. We do not store card numbers; payments are handled by our payment processor.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us sensitive information such as full card numbers by email or text message.
10. Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you
- give you a copy of it
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it
- stop contacting you

11. California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended gives you the rights listed in section 10, plus the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes we collect them for, and the categories of third parties we disclose them to — all set out in sections 2, 3 and 5 above.
You also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As stated in section 6, we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of their authority.
12. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults purchasing vehicle parts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites, such as suppliers or manufacturers. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them. Read their policies before giving them your information.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change to how we use your information, we will make that clear on this page.
